Pintura (Spanish for work of art) opened it’s doors in March 2015 and is inspired by the vibrant, food-crazed culture of the Basque region. We paint our own unique portrait of Pinxtos and Spanish tapas.

The Bar

Spain is one of the world’s largest consumers of gin. To pay homage to the country’s favourite spirit, our basement gin bar has over 100 types of mother’s ruin from around the globe. Our Training & Development Manager Matt & Head Bartender Lawrence have conceived a menu of simple, flavourful cocktails with a Basque twist, using traditional ingredients, flavours & methods from the region. The menu also features twelve signature Gin & Tonic ‘Copas’  – served in our 21oz goblets, each perfectly paired with it’s own garnish, chosen to complement & enhance it’s botanicals.



Our wine list has been designed to work in complete harmony with our food menu. The list features many Spanish varieties but also includes some carefully selected world wines that have been chosen to compliment our dishes.
